Summary: I had a great stay at the Aloft. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, a shopping center, and a mall, all within walking distance. The pool area was clean and inviting, and I especially enjoyed the fire pit by the pool—it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Summary: Our stay was 3 nights, the room was never made up, and used towels from night one were never replaced! The hallway wall to our room looked like someone picked their noses and wiped the boogers on the wall! Carpets were dirty and spotted!

Summary: The front desk lady Kelly, not very knowledgeable and in turn helpful at all. I had paid through Expedia and she was insisting i pay again at the front desk because i need to use actual card to pay not virtual car. Expedia had already accepted my virtual card.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was they didn’t clean our room second day we were there. Coming back in the evening is always great to have more towels and fresh sheets with clean lavatory is one of things I look forward to with my hotel stays.
